“The relationship we have formed with Mid Florida Tech, has caused us to re-evaluate our hiring practices for technicians. The techs that we have hired from Mid Florida Tech have allowed us to abandon the conventional methods that we used to use, such as ads, head hunters, even word of mouth. The students have come to our business ready to work, informed, trained, and wanting to learn and grow. The staff at Mid Florida Tech from the instructors, support staff, and administration, has always been available and eager to help if anything is needed for the student and to bolster the relationship we have with one another. We couldn’t be happier with the caliber of technicians we have hired from Mid Florida Tech. We, and several other companies on the advisory council, have worked with the school in an effort to help the program in any way possible.
